Backed into a pole in parking lot with my 2016 Jeep. I went with insurance company suggestion of Queensway Auto Body. All I can say is experience was outstanding from the minute I walked in the door. Everyone from reception to Appraiser, Crystin Hammett, where professional and courteous.
Work was completed on time and quality was excellent. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I was really impressed with the friendliness, and professional attitude of the staff. From the front desk to the the lady who dealt with my vehicle, they were all super to deal with! Very satisfied, with all aspects of the repair, and their dealings with me.

I would not recommend and will never go there again.

They sent me out the door when the same problem I went in for came up again a few days after they "fixed" it. When I ask them about what's been done, I was told it's not under coverage anymore. So, they did nothing, and then refused to give me further service when I complained about the problem not being fixed.

Got a collision repair done here. Paint match on the Infinti was perfect, replacement parts match rest of car. Bodywork was good.

Shop was recommended by a few people I know. As well, a large busy shop is always a good sign. It's one of two very large shops in the KW area (the other being Heffner Toyota/Lexus). Got quotes from both for some minor rust work under my door. Queensway was about 100$ cheaper (650 vs 550 or so). With the reviews i've had from people I went with Queensway.

Upon arrival, front desk was professional an helpful. Car was assessed and indicated that rust work can be tricky, but this wasn't bad (some minor starts of bubbling) and it could be cleaned up. Issue shouldn't come back for a year or two. This was an adequate timeline to me. Car was booked in for 2 days and I got a rental.

When day two came I was informed that they would need another day. 2 days vs 3 was one reason other than price I didn't go with Heffner. They did, however, offer to pay for my next day rental. Great service in this regard.

Upon checking the work a day later, the outer door nicks etc. were finished well. Looking at the main issue of the rust work, it appeared cleaned up and painted, though the paint seemed to be applied as if by a poor paintbrush. Appeared to be streaky and thin. This was the weekend. The following week I saw some rust colour peering out.

Called in and went back to speak regarding potential warranty. While rust work normally isn't warranted, I can't believe i'd see it back in less than two weeks - and the paint on that portion only was poor.

Spoke with manager who at first appeared a bit defensive emphasizing rust work isn't warranted, but did acknowledge work 'was not done properly'. Paint was poor and he noted 'no sealant' was applied. I was to call in and get it booked for warranty work- estimate was one full day. In the end, the manager appeared to be willing to get the job done right.

When I booked a day to come back, I had to move it a few days later. Was assured I could do that. Upon arriving on my new day, manager was called since this was warranty work, and indicated they were busy and normally would do this early in the week.

I then came back the following week.Work was done in the time expected. I was going to pickup the car around 10 but was delayed until 1130. When the car was brought out, I was asked if I had 20 minutes to have it washed in and out. I did not, and noted it probably should have been ready already since I was coming 1.5 hours ago. There was a lot of dirt inside the worked on door and rear panel - the person bringing it out cleaned that up quickly.

Upon reviewing the work, there was a sealant applied, but was visible clearly from several meters away. It appeared applied by an inexperienced hand. I don't expect it to be perfect like a machine might, but better than I could apply it with a caulking gun. It was clearly worked on to any inexperienced eye. I was speaking with the man who brought out my car - can I buff that out, can it be sanded at all, will that damage the coating. He acknowledged it looked odd but he hadn't worked on it. At that point the manager came out, and again, appeared rather defensive. I wasn't accusing anyone of poor work, merely asking if that's what it should look like. As this was my second experience this way, I informed the manager I took issue with his tone. He then changed and explained the work etc. and indicated my two doors must have been replaced as they differed from my other two doors - odd as i've never replaced doors on my car. I merely wanted to know if I could buff that/polish it to make it look as if it were not worked on. It appeared not professional to me. He didn't have much to say other than this is how the coating looks to seal it. He then left.

My feeling in the end was, up until warranty time, I felt I was treated courteously and well. After, I felt as if I was a nuisance - despite work not being done correctly on my vehicle. They may take in more work than they can handle at times, or maybe something caused delays. The managers tone of, bad cop good cop doesn't work. Telling me in a poor tone of why this isn't warranted but then turning tone that it will be fixed due to being incorrectly done, is a poor tactic. Much like a review here notes, it seems this is way of making you feel you are getting a favour done.

In my opinion, I can't see myself coming back here. Big shop yes, but I felt that I wasn't treated as well as at Heffner before. My vehicles have always come back ready on time - or explained before of delay - clean without asking, and the job's always been done right without me inspecting it. Sure it would have been one more day and 100$ more, but it would be worth it to get it done right and avoid rework needed several times.

I went in to have something assessed for their warranty and, whether or not they agreed they were responsible, the customer service was incredibly rude. The man walked out past us without introducing himself, offering a handshake or any sort of introduction. Once we explained the situation, he admitted that the work was done improperly but he called our explanation of the damage caused to the car because of the faulty workmanship "creative" (despite the fact that it came from two other professionals, as well as common sense). He was extremely offensive and, while admitting that the work he had done was done improperly, maintained that he "didn't care" about the other damage. I will never return there and I will recommend that my insurance company find a more professional business to deal with. (I would give no stars but that is not possible!)

Excellent service! They are very friendly, professional and willing to let you check the progress whenever you want. My car had semi-major repair, including a frame tug and the car looks excellent. You would never know it was in an accident! My only complaint is that my car has been in the shop for 7 weeks and it should have been done 2 weeks ago, but I rather have the job done right then have to take it back.

Really appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of this shop. They were great and my car looked brand new when they returned it! Small repair to be done but was so pleased when I saw that they had washed the car and cleaned up the inside as well. Above and beyond! Really, really happy with the service and Brad, whom I dealt with, couldn't have been nicer and more understanding.
