We have been with Ace Air Conditioning and Electrical since 2008 and have always been impressed with their technicians and customer service, so we went with Ace to install a new a/c system and glad we did; prompt, fast, and excellent service, high-grade equipment and superior installation by their professional technicians; the new a/c system runs quieter, less often, and leaves no hot or cold spots in the house as before and already saw a decrease on our power bill!

Roger my A/C tech from Ace A/C was one of the best I have had in a long time. He listened closely to my issues and after his diagnosis he fully explained what had happened with my unit. Also he made a minimal number of trips in and out of the house. I look forward to having him service my units again.

Service technician arrived pretty much on time.Polite and went right to work. It was a pretty big job but he got it done. Have had Ace for many, many years and they've always been so helpful and here when I needed them and this Young man who helped me today was very nice..

This guy was the best AC serviceman I have ever had. He was extremely nice and about the best professional I’ve ever worked with. I am usually very down on service providers, but this guy was as good as it gets.

My HVAC unit was 24 years old, I needed to replaced with a more efficient unit. In my line of work, I deal with vendors on a daily basis, and I have to say that Bob the sales associate, the installing technicians Omar and Dakota, and service technician Sean shined
with their high level of professionalism. I would most definitely recommend Ace air conditioning and electric to my friends in the future.

Exceptional company and service! I have nothing but positive things to say about Ace A/C. Our family had several emergencies that needed urgent service, and the team from Ace responded quickly and solved our issues within the day. In addition, we purchased a brand-new 5 ton system at our home. The entire setup from consultation to installation was not only done well and on time, but the personalized service made this a painless process. We shopped around for other local providers, but ended up with Ace for their reasonable and up-front costs, timely response, and very friendly service. High recommended for anyone needing repairs and/or equipment in the area.

Roger was awesome, got our unit up and running quickly, was friendly and professional. Price was very reasonable. And he was very patient listening to my son tell him about spongebob. Would definitely call them again in the future and highly recommend.

FANTASTIC service! I called ACE on a Tuesday, and they came out the next day to perform a thorough evaluation of my A/C unit. Sean identified a malfunctioned compressor, immediately ordered the warrantied part that was delivered the next day AND installed a temporary part so that I didn't have to sleep in a stuffy house.

Sean was polite, knowledgeable and reliable - recommending that I should have my A/C unit maintained once a year to avoid potential hazards and maintain great air quality. The fee was reasonable - so worth it. Made my annual maintenance appointment with him before the day was up. Thanks, Sean and ACE!

Wow wow called at 3:15pm and John was at my home at 4:30pm.
The ac unit was fixed that evening and started to cool the home.

Great experience! Had our ac 3 weeks now. Bob ( sales) is very informative and personable. Answered any questions. Omar and Dakota were very good. Went above and beyond for us and we also met Dan ( service Mgr) Just an all around great team!
