Karate-Do Learn a traditional Karate style from a six-degree black belt.Michael Neloms is a master in the Japanese art form known as Uechi-Ryu Karate-Do.This art form derived from the Shaolin Temple in northern China. Uechi-Ryu Karate includes the interwoven movements of the tiger, crane and dragon. The karate we teach is a specialized method of self-defense that concentrates on the use of single-knuckle punch, spear-hand strike, pointed kick and circular block.
