Kanata Collision

After reading online reviews of Kanata Collision I decided to stop in for an estimate and wasn't disappointed. The time they took to explain the repair and the estimate was informative and helped me understand what the process was. Price was in line with other shops but I got a better feeling from Kanata Collision than the other shops. Work turned out great and on time and they even cleaned my car and removed salt stains. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend.

I've had to deal with Kanata Collision 3 times in the 10 years I've lived in Stittsville and always received great service. It's always easy to stop in and get an estimate that they clearly explain afterwards. Never any pressure and the estimators are always willing to help and offer advice. If you need a body shop for anything minor to major stop in and see these guys.

My car's rear left door was not opening. They found the issue, the cable connecting lock and lever was broken. They suggested to replace the whole latch, which was costing close to 250$. I requested them to try to fix without replacing. They managed to fix with with some extra wires with warning that the fix could be temporary. But for now my car was good to go. They did not charge anything because it was minor temporary fix. They must have spent atleast 1/2 hours. Moreover on my request, they showed me how to open door panel (on my request). So I am really glad to go to collision center and liked their honest service. Highly recommended.

Have had body work - minor dent and scratches repaired here more than once. Excellent work. They also vacuumed and washed the car!

The 1st time I brought my car there was 15 years ago. It's the same people 15 years later and they remembered me :)
Good people, fair prices, Five Star Service, but most importantly the car looked as good as new.

Caught the front bumper on my car on the frame of the garage door. After barely getting it back on I drove to Kanata Collision and they really eased my stress. They had one of the techs come out and secure it better so I could keep driving it and gave me several estimates with different options. I went to two other shops after and both places had the same attitude change when i mentioned paying for it myself. Neither gave me different options to fix and both places insisted on new parts and not used or another type. Booked it in at Kanata Collision the next day and picked it up a day later looking newer and cleaner when i dropped it off! Free vacuum and wash was a cherry on top. Linda S.
