If I could give this place -5 stars I would! I am sooo irate right now, I'm sick! Worst experience with a 'company' I've ever had.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
So here's my real story. My mother is scrambling to get moved from Colorado to Tennessee, so I call up and get Manny (who was nice but now I wonder if he's just a nice con artist or clueless and nice-but I digress)...he quotes $2700 to get her moved, with a separate company that would get contracted out to move her second vehicle. The 'movers' arrive 45 minutes late, and they do a run through of everything to be packed, and they agree on a final number of $3500. They started packing around 2pm, and around 9pm mountain time, my mom calls me concerned because they want 70% paid to them before they leave..and now the magical number has changed to $7000!!!! WHAT?!?!
She says, while im on the phone and hearing ALL of this, 'we agreed on 3500 so what is this 7000 you are talking about?'...next thing you know, the movers are screaming at her, and start driving WITH HER THINGS IN THE BACK OF THE TRUCK--WITH THE DOOR OPEN---and start driving over her stuff in the driveway!!!! In a panic, she runs and gets in her car, and blocks them in the drive so they can't just take her stuff, and she calls the police. The police are confused and tell her she has to at least pay them for their work and she says they aren't done--and discovers they forged her signature on some other agreement!! She finally starts breaking down crying, so unbelievably distressed and disgusted at this con job, and steps away to call me. Her EX BOYFRIEND then pays them $1300 CASH, just to take her stuff carefully off the truck...and they just simply dumped all her stuff in to the driveway. She is now frantically trying to carry things in in the middle of a rainstorm. Fox moving, if you have any credibility whatsoever, you would give a FULL refund for her deposit and locate these 'drivers' you sent and ask them about this $1300 cash they got just to throw stuff on someone's driveway. Absolutely DEPLORABLE, disgusting con artists!!! I expect resolution within 24 hours or you can bet im going to BBB about you thieves!

its really important to check around before u choose a moving company to work with, and that's what i did, but once i talked with this guys i really felt its the right choice for me, and they didn't disappoint me, the opposite, they let me realized that i made the right choice, their service was the best service i could ask from a moving company, serious, hard working movers, they delivered on time, i'm gonna choose them for any future move.

Its all started when i decided to move from Tennessee to NY, i checked many moving companies as i wanted to get the best deal until i finally called fox moving and storage. i already knew its meant to be at the moment Janet answered the phone, super cute lady, kind and happy to help, she explained to me the whole process until i had no more questions! its important to mention that the price was very attractive compare to the other companies i checked. when the movers -John, Ben and Dan arrived to my house they worked so efficiently and quick, those guys are real professionals! i recommend them for any future work!
