My last JK experience was just to have my winter tires installed and at the same time the first normal maintenance performed on my 2016 Escape. All work was done to my expectations and the time frame was as promised. Pick-up service was as expected. I was happy I had purchased the complete maintenance package with the lease of the vehicle as all work was covered 100%
