I have been really enjoying myself for the last moth I have been attending ILKB.com... all the staff is friendly and motivating you to push yourself ... I current have a few life situations and it is something about being able to kick and punch the crap out of that bag that has me feeling a lot better when I leave.....All I can say is fun times that really go by too fast.... I don't even realize I am working out until I see all the sweat.... Best investment in myself!!!!
