The Bargain Annex gentlemen were...
I would like to mention something not so great before I start on my experience with the guys in the Bargain Annex. My husband and I walked in on Monday, March 28th looking for a new mattress. We walked around for about 10 minutes before being greeted by a salesman on his phone who barely made eye contact with us. He then told us what he thought we needed and proceeded to let us know he will be around if we have any questions. I had noticed that the roof was leaking onto one of the mattresses, so I let that same salesman know, who said "Oh that is really wet" (while still on his phone) and walked away. I assumed he was going to get a bucket or something. But no, it still dripped onto the mattress the entire hour + we were in the store.
*****On to the guys in the Bargain Annex! A completely different environment where my husband and I felt very welcomed. We spoke with both Niko and Justin who were both beyond fantastic. I have worked the same job in a sales manager position for 10 years and they both sparked everything that I would have said had they come into my store. My husband and I didn't plan on purchasing our mattress through the Bargain Annex but that is what we had ended up doing! We have to wait a few weeks for our mattress but we don't mind. In the end, we are happy with the sales people and the product we chose!! Thanks again to Justin and Niko!*****
