We were looking to rent a storage room and came across Sentinel. We were very shocked about the quality (how clean it was and the provided tools), security and customer service of this place. They obviously care about their customers since there are security cameras in the hallways and in your storage room, there is insurance for practically everything and you have access to your storage room from 6am to 11pm so you can grab the things you need after work. Customer service was impeccable; they were polite and provided you all the information you needed.
However, there is one little problem that we encountered... There is a truck that you are able to rent for bigger furnitures/things that you need to get to the storage but since there is only one of those trucks, you need to place a reservation and you usually need to reserve it one to two weeks in advance. It would be nice to have multiple trucks if possible.
