I have been a client for years until today when I stopped in and ended up having to deal with their manager Heather who has to be one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with... I have no idea why she thinks she can speak to customers that way but apparently she gets away with it... but not with this customer! I vote with my feet... these jokers will never see my business again... lots of choices out there I choose to deal with business that have employees that can show me some respect... Also would point out it looks terribly professional that this manager has green hair... am I in a optometrist office/ eye care clinic or a punk rock sex shop... Frankly take your terrible snarky attitude the direct it elsewhere!
