we just had our windows installed yesterday, and i am so far happy with the windows and door we had installed. The main thing that bothers me is they did not leave a sign on my lawn to advertise there work. Another thing is, when one of the installers went to remove one of the old windows, some of the brick from my house cam down with it, and the "boss" on the job tried to make me pay for it, which I did not. When the job was completed, and "cleaned up" i went outside to double check things and they had left some debris on my driveway, including nails and screws. So I had to finish there cleanup. They had also used one of my extension cords, and did not wrap it up and put it back where they had found it. So, overall, the crew was friendly, the windows are gorgeous, but there cleaning skills are off.
