1-Spelt our names wrong , even after repeated calls they did nothing about it until I fixed it with the airline myself. 2- Did not provide any receipt , but said they provide after return?? 3- Did not provide us a hotel reservation number , so the hotel kept us waiting 2 hours in the lobby to verify us . In my 20+ years of dealing with travel agencies ,most often it is through a referral , this is the only time I will say never ever use this travel agency.
