Please contact me at taraperera91@gmail.com for more info on how to go about filing a complaint to the Ministry. I've contacted the MPP who has given me details on the process. I will most likely file a small court order against them-would you be willing to provide me with your name and number so I can collect multiple reviews as proof against them.
