I just want to say that I had to purchase all new appliance for our home and was very overwhelmed by all the choices and options. What is the best deal for me and my family. I went into the store and spent about an hour with Denise, she took her time with me and explained the different brands and option I could go with. I didn't make the purchase that day. I went back the next day with some measurements and again, she was there to help me but didn't push me to buy anything. I did some shopping around at different stores and came back to Teppermans a few days later. This time I worked with Jeremy. I told him what I was looking for and what I found at the other stores and he was able to help me, he took what I told him I wanted and gave me all the details on the appliances. He stayed late to finish my order and called up to the front desk to assure them I would be up to see them. When I got there I met Margie and Jenna, two very sweet girls. I apologized for keeping them way past their close time and they were still very happy and said no worries at all. They showed that they were not just punching in and out on a time clock but were there until they got the job done. They made me very excited about my new purchases and got me on my way!!
