...thankfully using Sentinal Storage is not. The flexibility in reserving and upgrading was much appreciated. The convenience to come and go in a secure location has been very pleasant as well. I also found the staff/management to be very helpful and they have made this experience far and above other storage experiences that I have had elsewhere.
