Buy your lights elsewhere!
Went in to purchase some track lighting on a Monday. Took a while to get some help but I get it, they are busy. Ordered what we needed, paid, and was told the lighting was in another location but would be available the following Thursday and they would call us when it arrived. A week later we still hadn't heard anything from them. I call them at 2:30pm and have to wait until they find the lady that took my order a week previous to get to the phone. She looks up our order and then tells us that she has to look something up and will call "right back". I assume this means 20-30 minutes. I never hear back so I call at 5:30. I get told that the Lady I was dealing with has gone home and that they are closing up so they can't help me. I ask if she can leave a message for the lady that indicated I called and to please call me back. She says yes and indicates that the sales rep will call me in the morning. Surprise, surprise we do not get a call back the next morning. I wait a day to see what happens still no call back so I call them. I get told that they are really busy and the sales rep can't help me at this time and to leave a message for her. I leave another message and that is where we currently sit. They have my $300, I would like my lights, or at the very least to know the status as I have someone booked to help me install based on the info I was given at the time of purchase. Needless to say this has been a very frustrating process. If they are too busy to deal with customers maybe it is time to hire more staff.
