a very good experience
I all started when I was scrolling the Auto trader site and found the car i was looking for in Don Valley Toyota lot.
So I decided to go and see the car.
It happened that when I got there and walked trough the door I met Sam Naouakil who greeted me very professional and who made my journey very pleasant.
He took me to see the vehicle,he took the time to explain everything to me in regard to this vehicle,he disclosed all the issues with the vehicle and because of the way he dealt with me,with no pressure on buying anything we end up making the deal.
To my surprise while we were viewing the car in the parking lot another customer came and ask for him which gave me a good feeling because i realized that I was dealing with a known salesperson as well as a good person who knows is stuff and who do not pressure customers,which is very important this days.
Customers do not like to be pressured in buying anything.
At the end of the day I was happy with the deal I got and the dealership made a sale.
In my opinion is a win/win situation.
So I say that I was lucky to met Sam at Don Vallley Toyota.
I was not too long at the dealership on that day but by looking around I noticed lots of customers dealing with different salespeople and buying cars because the way they were treated and dealt with.
So I would say to Sam as well as the entire team at Don Valley Toyota KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
I did not get to meet Sam's manager,George Sairoglou but I realized while we were doing the deal that he understood the business and gave me the best deal I was hopping to get.
I would like to thank to all people involved in my deal who made the whole process very easy and very pleasant.

The car I got was for my wife which is now the happy owner and who liked very much the car I bought for her.
Again is a win-win situation.
