From the first phone call to completion of the job.... felt very comfortable. It was time to replace the motor it was 18 years old, most last 15. So instead on nickle and dime it we were advised to put a hoe new motor in, keep the door ( for now). Glad we did it is 10 times quieter and a lot quicker and what is with the light ( forgot it has one) .. Anyways Mike did a great job blew it out in hour and half and very professional. I can't remember the lady who was my first contact, but she also sold me on this company.. I would highly recommend them. Even followed up with me, what's up with that. Mike
