Great delivery service team. The 2 Rob's and Justin were professional and efficient. Delivery truck tracker on the website was awesome as it gave us a better estimate of their arrival within the 3 hour window provided. Everything was delivered without issues. Our only issue was the boys delivering were not provided booties to enter peoples homes. We understand the safety rules and concerns of them taking off their boots while carrying these heavy items but they should be provided with the proper items to cover their boots so that they can perform their duties while respecting the cleanliness of peoples homes. The 2 Rob's and Justin were accommodating though by using several packing blankets that they had in the truck but it was a perfect solution as the blankets on stairs could be dangerous. Overall a pretty smooth delivery.
