Been one month and I am still waiting for this company to acknowledge the deficiency report for my defective bedroom furniture. It's pretty sad when you have to constantly chase a company that was once SO eager to sell you their product which by the way, clearly NOT all made in Italy as they lead you to believe. Owner has no people skills and takes the "my way or no way" approach when THEY screw up. Post service is extremely pathetic. Clearly prefers to cater to people who spend greater than 20K. I would not recommend purchasing product from this company if you're looking for quality product & service. My furniture is defective and if I don't get service soon, will report to the consumer board and take legal action. Just wish more people had post `gopro`.`reviews` before I purchased product from them.
