Carpet cleaning like new
The only thing I can say is that this company did an AMAZING job on my carpet. I read a review which inclined me to call and schedule an appointment. I too, was preparing to put my home on the market and needed my carpet cleaned. Stanley Steemer could not get it cleaned. This company made my carpet look brand new again! No more heavy traffic patterns showing or soiled areas. The prices are more, but the quality of work is better. Deion the technician was superb. He even asked me as the customer if the heavy areas still looked soiled before he moved on. What better service is that from a technician - ensuring the customer is pleased. The text messages prior to your appointment & the arrival of the technician. I also appreciate the coverage they use to protect your wall & staircase to avoid the machinery scraping it up. The complimentary spot remover provided, the follow-up on the service work, all 5 star company quality. I have already started recommending this company. I don't mind paying more when the work is beyond satisfaction and the owner & technicians are pleasant and accommodating. Thank you Prime Steamers Carpet!
