Love this company! ...Right from the sales people ( Leonard) to the office staff ( Liz) extremely helpful from beginning to end! Two years after our purchases we had a warranty issue with our fridge. I was at the end of my rope and getting no where with the manufacturer of the fridge. I phoned Leonard at Caplans who had sold us our appliances, and within hours he had Liz on the job and two days later all was resolved. They go above and beyond for their customers and it was well worth the three hour drive from our home to shop at Caplans. I will use this company the next time I need new appliances, with out a doubt!
