Hello Lynn,

Thank you for your reminder but I am not interested. I did not feel that the $3000.00 dollars I spent with your company was worth it. The results I received from Botox and Juvederm lasted about 3 weeks. I would not recommend the services at Skin Vitality to anyone.

Having been in this industry for the past 30 years I was surprised with the lack of response from your company. When my complaint was voiced to your owner I was offered minimal assistance. In fact I was expected to spend more money to achieve the results I was lead to believe was possible with my first visit. I now understand that your staff are sales rep's and clearly want only to sell. They are not concerned with what lies they use to promote the services or the results. I was very clear in expressing what I wanted and was assured by your sales rep I would achieve them. Nothing could have been further from the truth. A offer was made to receive a touch up of Botox and another (1) injection of Juvederm and I accepted that. Again with results lasting less then 3 weeks.

I should have read more online reviews before choosing Skin Vitality as my complaint seams to be a ongoing issue with your clinic. I have since found another clinic and the results have been amazing and have lasted more then a year now.

I'm quite baffled because Juvederm products are some of the best on the market. The problem is not the products, I still use them and I am very happy, the problem is your company and its been suggested, the watering down of the products.

I feel very bad that we disappointed you. Yet your company has done nothing to assist me in any way what so ever. So how bad do you really feel? Put your money where your mouth is.

Anyway, I'm glad you found a clinic you love where you're getting good results. No your just happy I left.
