I have yet to visit a Fabricland store where the associates are pleasant. I have never seen a smile or a welcome on the contrary several times I have been taken aback at their rudeness. One associate, when I told her what I was going to make with the fabric I had selected; actually said "I think that's disgusting". Adding to that I have never found any associate in any Fabricland helpful. They have pointed in the direction of my enquiry without even looking at me. I am not alone in my opinion, by the way.
