I find people that have dogs in our building when they take there dog(s) out an let them do there business, most of them don't pick it up. It was so bad one day there dog was just outside the building an did it right in front of the door and when the dog was finished just left it there. As well when you walk around the building area people seem to be lazy an just let there dogs go an leave it there. Not a nice site to see very disappointed. On the butts it's terrible walk around back of the building they lay all over people just throwing over there balcony its said is this the way people live now it's like living in the slums. was this the way people were raised shame this is our home. An we wonder how fire starts homestead on notch hill
