ILKB VB has helped me make very positive changes to my health. It gave me the motivation that I needed to “kick” start a healthier (and slimmer) way of being. The instructors are excellent- always welcoming, encouraging, but ready to push you when need be. The environment is exciting and the music is great- If you come, be ready to sweat and put in some work!
