Horrible Service

My husband and I purchased our Certified pre-owned vehicle at this dealer back in July. We dealt with the assistant manager Peter (who claims to be the dealers head manager). We also wanted to make sure we weren't getting a vehicle that had been in a car accident and he informed us the vehicle we got wasn't but after inspecting the car it is very obvious that it was. We are a new family with a baby and he lied to us. It took nearly 2 weeks to get our car ready to pick up, which originally we were told less than a week. When we picked the car up only half the work had been done, horrible detailing job,paint touch up job horrible, amongst many other thing. He told us to come back and we could have the remaining work done at anytime, he even wrote it into our contract. We informed him we wouldn't be able to be back until September at the earliest and he said that was fine. Now after several (approx. 4-5) unanswered emails we have been ripped off for several hundred...
