This is the first time that i have experienced just how bad the Toyota's car maintenance service is capable of being. I dropped off my car for your services at 9:20 a.m. and took the shuttle back home. I was not notified of the extent of the repairs nor was i told of the expenses. I later called the centre at 2:00pm and but rather than being relayed to an employee, i was redirected to your voice mail. Nevertheless, I left a message but regardless of waiting for an hour, i still failed to recieve a call back. After another hour or so I called the centre again and I finally got a chance to speak with a representative. I was notified that the front discs and the brake pads of my car were damaged and needed to be replaced, however, I stressed that the front discs were repaired (ground smooth) and the front brake pads were also renewed in my last visit about a year ago. I am no expert on automobiles but i am quite sure it is unusual for brake pads to wear out that quickly, assuming...

My complaint was then relayed to the manager but his reply simply aggravated me even more. He told me the problem with my car spawned from me not following the maintenance schedule that was assigned to me, however, i highly doubt that the damaged parts rooted from me not showing up for maintenance, once again, assuming you did the job right the first time. I only wonder if it were your ignorance that resulted in my damaged car. Of course, I have no choice but to accept the repairs and pay you accordingly. I hope this comment will evoke change in your services.
