Mr. Rooter was terrific with their scheduling, calling me when technicians were nearby and they showed up on time. Sean and Eric were quick to figure out the problem, and showed me the cost up front before any work was done. They educated me on why the problems may be happening, and what not to use in my sink. The clog was fixed quickly and then they double checked where pipes were leaking and saw that a few extra parts would be needed. They were friendly, and got the job done quickly and properly. Hopefully, I won't have this problem again, but if I do, they will be my first call!
