I bought a dishwasher, range, fridge, and microwave January 2, 2014. All were delivered January 11th. The range burner stopped working January 20th. Where is the promised customer service? Caplan's refuses to replace a faulty product that is just over 1 week old. The technician scheduled for January 24 called that day to say the part will be ordered and I have to wait another 5 business days for the repair. Caplan's sold me junk and the customer service is non-existent. I left a message for Sam (my sales associate) on January 20 but he has yet to return my call. Fran, who started the business, proudly told me customer service is what sets Caplan's apart from others. Really?
