Can't Even Do The Oil Change...

I bought a new vehicle at DVN in July. Brought it in to do the first oil change in November. At home, checked the oil level with a dipstick. The level was significantly higher (quarter inch) above the maximum mark. Called the dealership service dept and came in for oil level adjustment. Spent another 1.5hours on this activity. Came home, checked again, and... the level was still above the max!!! One eighth of an inch now. I am not a novice at checking oil with a dipstick. It appears that the dealership takes on more business then they can handle. I will be doing my own oil changes after I spend the free ones offered at the time of purchase.
