Very attractive eco-responsible product which aged terribly. The edges of the boards keep chipping with normal wear + tear (no shoes), and the board layers delaminated and warped, requiring replacement. We were very careful with this product and now have to surgically replace boards through no fault of ours. This occurred within a year of installation and is now an ongoing maintenance problem. After sale service was non-existant.
