Very disappointed with this company. We have been long time clients, we have never had a issue until the last appointment. Donna cut our dog with the clippers, it required four stitches to close the wound. She never even appoligized for doing this.She blamed the dog. She also charged us for the groom and would not even help out with the vet bill. In our opinion this is very poor customer service and it it quite obvious that they care more about the money then they do about the pets health. If you love your pet, please use another groomer
