Run for the hills folks *UPDATED*
I made the mistake of not doing research before placing my order. I decided to contact customer service to make sure my items were actually going to ship. The customer service wasn't overly pleasant nor did they give me an estimated date as to when I would get my order. I can completely understand how some people would have issues with the company, you can also check their rating with the BBB (it's an F). I certainly will not order again however I will wait for my package to eventually arrive... Hopefully.
UPDATE:
They shipped my package. According to the Canada post tracking it should arrive tomorrow (From Mission, BC not Coquitlam). I'm glad that they finally shipped my items, my issue ended up being handled by management. It's great that they finally got it right but I will not be ordering from them again.
UPDATE:
When I had dealt with the management team they were supposed to credit my order in full. Well... Months later and that never happened. Honestly, I just got tired of following up with them and gave up. I think that's what the wait for most people to do, give up. Good luck to the rest of you.

Wait but don't wait too long... Do not let your period to dispute the transaction expire if you are having problems with them. Best of luck!
Sorry to tell you but you will most likely have a long wait ahead of you. The normal wait appears to be 6 weeks to 3 months if at all.
The website is 100% user friendly, shipping was fast and there was no delay in the items being shipped even after a long weekend. I'm impressed through and through, all items were as described and in great condition. I've had a bad experience before ordering online from one of their competitors and I won't make that mistake again. Thank you!
