my daughter has been going here since she was 8 months old. she turns 2 in 2 days. When my child was in the baby room, It was 100% ok. The second they moved her to the toddler room in September? It was nothing but issues. She would come home with poo diapers and a rash so bad from being left in it so long that she would scream when i went to change her and when she would pee. this happened 4 times in the month of october 2016 alone. The owner? Charges way higher parent portion than any other daycare in the area and won't ever sit down and take parents concerns seriously. There is only 2 staff at this daycare that are ok. The manager and baby room lady. Thats it. The owner cares more about money than well being. She told me friday she wouldn't sit down with me until the 1rst AFTER i paid the next months fees. WHY? Because then she gets money and my child is stuck being harmed and neglected for another month. The last incident was friday and the toddler room woman actually said i sent her to daycare that way. Which i actually have prescription rash cream because of this for her!! which clears it up overnight. So lying, neglect, abuse. They also obviously tried to cover up the fact they left her too long again friday as she has just been changed before her sitter picked her up and they used so much diaper rash cream in a attempt top hide the burn again from the poo.. they feed the children fish which is a allergen to some. Today was here last day? Her rash is 10X worse as they knew this morning she wouldn't be returning. They have 12 toddlers to one staff member and that is illegal. they are NOT better business bureau accredited. BE CAREFUL!! If you care about your children don't send them here ever.
