Never ever have I dealt with such a careless and negligent service department! The customer service reps are incompetent. 6 weeks 1 continually called about missing hardware for a kitchen table. And every time they told me they would take care of it. 6 weeks later still no hardware and a dismantled table still sitting on my floor. On 2 separate occasions i asked that the manager call me. To this day still no phone call from the manager! Finally this morning i managed to get the supervisor to talk to me. I told her that her department was completely incompetent! She hung up on me! How's that for customer service?? Very obvious customer service is incompetent just like the people who manage them.
