Store owner does not value customer...
The owner at the Exchange Tower location, located in downtown Toronto at the address and phone number above, clearly does not take pride in customer satisfaction. Not only are the prices ridiculously expensive, but your money is completely wasted on their services, and when you're unhappy with a service, she does absolutely nothing to make the customer happy. I really would not recommend that location to go to. You can try the other Caryl Baker locations, but just be aware of that particular location. That store owner by the name of Farnoosh, is a horrible owner and could care less if the customer is unhappy. Her attitude is terrible and she thinks she is right about any situation. I guarantee that if you go to that location you will waste a lot of your money and receive bad service. Other locations are probably better at customer service and satisfaction, but I refuse to waste any more money and time to see if they are any better. I would rather go to a salon that takes pride...

This has been my experience with the Exchange Tower location; other people may have different experiences with that store owner. Caryl Baker Visage is a fairly big company, I’m not sure how successful it is, but the various store owners that represent it should ensure that they are doing what they can to make each and every client satisfied. This particular store owner makes the company look bad due to her lack of courtesy and willingness to make the customer satisfied. She does NOTHING to change a situation to produce a satisfactory outcome for the client. This is the whole point of customer service and this store owner is lacking tremendously.

I'm sure somebody else, about a week ago, wrote a review about this exact same store, maybe different location? Their experience, if memory serves me right, was very similar to yours.

I really love makeup & the main places I buy my products from a The Shopping Channel (they have fabulous lines like Smashbox,Fusion beauty,Skinnetc),The Body Shop (their eyeshadows are heaven!) & Shopper's DrugMart (they carry Lise Watier which I adore). When I'm in Toronto, I will only shop @ MAC or Sephora. I know they're pricier but the quality is always amazing!
