Ordered a new curve TV and a bedset was very pleased with the bed but was told they don't set up the TV. Which is fine. I open my TV about 6 hours after delivery and getting my wall mount set up I take my TV out of the box and its broken. I immediately call customer care ask if TV set up is mandatory they say to open the box and plug it in is mandatory. They did neither, I arrange to have my TV replaced and they tell me it will take another month to get it delivered. Very displeased with this part. If you break something on delivery you should send a new one out immediately since I'm paying for something i don't even have
