I purchased a leather sofa and love seat in Sept. 2013- they arrived a month late. The store manager assured us that the extended warranty would cover pet scratches. When I called to have a scratch repaired I was told that pet scratches were not covered. I called the manager and he confirmed that he did promise me that pet scratches would be repaired. I've tried for months to get my sofa fixed but no one seems to care, messages have not been returned and Bad Boy is not taking responsibility for their promises. I've never experienced worse customer service. Do yourself a favour and avoid the frustration by shopping somewhere else. I will never buy from Bad Boy again.
