Didn't even listen to me.

I have gone here before and had Tasha cut my hair, which was great. I went again today and had Anitya cut my hair. She was very nice. However, I had specified how I loathe getting my hair cut because I've had bad experiences, I hate short hair, and that my hair is normally curly so it will get shorter (I had it straight today). She said she would only take off 2 inches, but didn't take this into account after she washed my hair. My hair is now almost 4 inches shorter and I look like I'm 12, and it will look even worse when it's curly. I am livid and I refuse to go back. I regret making an appointment there. I am too nice to have told her I hate it but I plan on calling and complaining. Some people either shouldn't have scissors with a responsibility or they should find a brain.
