Unprofessional and full of Trickery!!!
Don't believe Anything!!!!! Wow, what a disappointment. My fiancé and I set up a meeting to see the halls with Chris (the owner). We meet with Chris and he shows us his main room (it was beautiful). I mentioned to him that my wedding was on the smaller scale and this room would be too big for us, he asked how many guest and we told him 50-60. He says no problem, I have the perfect room for you, lets go to Hall 2. Oh boy was it the perfect room, it was Beautiful and had this blue skylight above the bar. We loved it!! We asked Chris if we could book it and he was rushing us out (wouldn't tell us anything about inclusions or menus) saying you need to book with Joanne. In about a weeks time we phoned to book with Joanne and we set up a time. We met and it was Chris again. We tell him we here to book Hall 2 and he says NO you get Hall 3 and were like no, we didn't even see hall 3 we seen Hall 2 and that's why we are here. He says NO!!!!!! I would NEVER give that room to you with only 50 people. We explain the meeting before and how he told us it was the perfect room. Chris acted like he had never seen us nor said that. He began to yell that we are unhappy people and we get Hall 3 or nothing. Needless to say we did Not book Hall 3 and we will NEVER set foot on that property again for Delphi or Chatters. Good luck to ya Chris but after reading these reviews No ones Happy!!!!
