Unprofessional and rude
This company is the worst group of people that I have ever worked with in my life. I was recommended their services by not one, but two friends who were very pleased with their work. I figured two recommendations had to be foolproof.... Was I ever wrong. Initially I met with Craig who was very funny and gave me many verbal guarantees that he could provide exactly what I needed for my wedding at way less of a cost than the other quotations I received. I was sold and was ready to put down a deposit immediately. I then took them at least two weeks to get a quote to me and at that point I was passed on to Charles. I requested a meeting where I could show him pictures of exactly what I wanted, I coloured copied them and labeled them according to each element of wedding and gave them paint chips as colour references. I even asked them not to be creative and to just do exactly what was in the pictures. I was said to be the 'most organized bride' he had ever met and was assured there would be no problem getting the work done. That was about 6 months before the wedding. I tried to have some contact with them over the summer just to touch base about mock ups and specific floral choices and my emails were never answered. I had to e-mail and re-email many times before getting a response. Finally I resorted to contacting Charles through another office member with whom my wedding planned formed a contact with. I was assured that everything would be fine and that we would be in closer touch a few weeks before the wedding when the flowers were to be ordered. We even had trouble paying them! The office was never answering my mothers phone calls when she was trying to make the final payment. As if we we pushing them! In hindsight we should have held back this payment.... Finally she was in touch and paid. Then I tried to get in contact with them about my final table numbers and to see what flowers were being ordered (I had a January wedding and was told types and colours of flowers that were available could only be determined at ordering time). Again my emails and calls were left unanswered. I was then told that Charles was 'away' (what even coordination goes away without at least a phone call or email to a client letting them know who to be in touch with while they are gone?) but that flowers were ordered. I was not told what was ordered and or what colour even though I emailed back with 3 secs of receiving that email. Surprise surprise on the day of my wedding I was unpleasantly surprised with many aspects of the floral design (even my main centre piece that I had a mock up for was nothing like what I was given). My wedding planner spoke to Charles the day of and we were assured that we would get some refunds. A few days after the wedding my mother emailed them and we were told by Craig that no one is ever unhappy with their work and that everything at my wedding was of the highest quality and that it was my DIY projects that were to blame (I sourced out and embellished my vases on my own). I responded myself with a very long email outlining each of the reasons that had made me unhappy with their services and asked for at least an apology and a refund for the cruiser table arrangements and half of the reception table arrangements (the biggest of their errors) I sent it to Craig, Charles and Alex and did not receive even a response from any of them. Disgusting.
