Very Rude
I called to make a reservation, he quotes me $30 more than my original quote, says oh well we will honor the original.... and then says nothing. after a long pause I say well are you going to take my reservation?address? anything?? he says call back tomorrow the office is closed today. THEN WHY DID THEY PICK UP THE PHONE!
very unprofessional, defiantly needs improvement for customer service on the booking side. I can't even say if their service is good because they wouldn't take my business!

I would be soooooooo annoyed with that type of service! My personal feeling is, if you can't offer any customer service when I first call, it's a pretty good indication of what the rest of any future transactions will be like & tells me, I'd be much better served to take my business elsewhere!
