I'm thinking of just cancelling my order outright. It seems to be the only solution that saves me from being frustrated.

I have asked them 4 times to refund and cancel my order. They won't even acknowledge my request

You may need to call them directly to cancel the order as the online support staff is pretty much clueless and quite useless.

Now I know these posts are being done by competitors. Funny how competitor websites are now being used in the negative reviews! Very interesting. We and/or our legal team will be getting these post removed.

There you go I edited my negative review so you wouldn't get your panties in a bunch. To be honest though your online store is absolutely horrendous. I have an outstanding order with you guys so I'm not a competitor just trying to trash your company. I'm a customer trying to make sure no one ever orders through your site ever again. I've read all the reviews good and bad and all the negative reviews are all exactly the same. Items not in stock and orders delayed for an obscene amount of time. I figured you would have realized that your company has two serious issues, the first being your website needs a serious overhaul to reflect your stock levels and the second issue is the delays of orders. If I had known that most of my order was out of stock I would have gone elsewhere. Unfortunately you've taken my money so now I'm stuck in limbo waiting for my items.

You know my original comment here is true. I am in *******, Ontario and I am so upset I don't even care to mention it here. These are honest reviews--the ones that are false are mostly the good reviews which I DO NOT believe. We're going on 3 months here with my order and not a word from you to follow up with me unless I initiate the conversation. This is absolutely frustrating. You have MY MONEY and I don't have even one item from you. And you expect us to be patient and polite and courteous but your service makes people anxious!! The only reason I ordered from you was because I came across an article in Canadian Living from November 2012 which referred to you and 2 other companies for people who might want to try something different but were too embarrassed to walk into this type of store. Boy did I make a mistake!!!!

TO ASSUPPORT: I am NOT one of your competitors either but I will shout from the rooftops repeatedly to ensure NO BODY else ever gives you one more dime in sales. And quite frankly, the positive reviews are the ones I don't believe. Are you sure you didn't create them?

Boy do I wish I checked online reviews before dealing with you. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as the local police.
