I called Air Track Inc in the morning and explained that my furnace had not been serviced in a few years, was running fine but that I would like a cleaning/inspection. I also wanted his consult on installing a humidifier on the furnace as the house gets really dry in winter. He said he could be there between 2 and 3 pm and he was. After looking at the furnace he said he could do all and asked if I'd like it today. I said great- thinking it would be a a few days for any parts or the humidifier.Air Track Inc said he'd be back at 5 pm and came back with all parts needed. He worked for a couple of hours and finished by 7pm. The price was what he quoted, said the furnace was fine and just needed a cleaning and showed me how to work the humidifier.Air Track Inc was professional, prompt, cleaned-up, friendly and seemed to really enjoy what he was doing. I have a new HVAC person who I highly recommend. Thanks Air Track Inc!
