December 2nd, 2013 blizzard in Calgary. I had called for a tow from these guys and on the phone I had ask about the price of the tow. The gentleman replied it will cost $120, so we agreed upon the price and when he arrived, he began his work on my vehicle that was stuck in the snow. But just before he mounted the harnesses, he turned around and demanded $200 or he won't tow. I have 2 elderly passengers in my car that were already late for their flight because of the weather, and this driver had the audacity to ask for more than what was agreed upon. Seeing that I was in a hurry and my passengers were getting cold, I had no choice but to fall prey to him. But never again
