My wife and I got married and had our wedding reception at Roma's Hospitality on Saturday, November 30th, 2013. It was a memorable night and we are so glad that we chose Roma's along with Legends Entertainment to host and DJ our reception. The night went smoothly and we were not stressed at all…our GMs were able to work well with Roma’s floor manager and they took care of everything for us.
We really appreciate the fact that the servers took extra care not to collect/place dishes at tables during important speeches throughout the night. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food, especially the butternut squash soup and the filet mignon. The poutine bar was also a big hit at the end of the night as well.
In the past few days, we have been getting feedback from our guests and they have all expressed just how much they enjoyed the dancing, interactive game, and special lighting provided by Andrew from Legends. For those who choose to host an event at Roma’s in the future, adding Legends to the event is a must have. Our guests also mentioned they really like the layout of the banquet hall as each of the tables were strategically placed so that they all felt they were close to the head table which made them feel special.
Looking back at the planning of the reception, we are reminded of all of the e-mail and phone call exchanges we had with Joseph, Carolyn and Jennifer. We are so thankful for their patience in explaining all the little details to us and clarifying multiple times on things we were unclear about. We also made a lot of little requests for the reception and Roma’s was just so accommodating to us.
We initially chose Roma’s for our wedding reception because our friends had their reception there earlier in July 2013 and they highly recommended Roma’s to us. And now that we have experienced for ourselves the full extent of Roma’s hospitality, we will definitely be recommending Roma’s to our friends and family in the future.
