ILKB plays a huge role in reaching my fitness goals. Not only are their classes a great workout, but they continue to challenge me. The support and energy the team at ILKB generates inside and outside of the studio makes for a great environment for anyone to succeed, and of course, there’s room to make new friends along the way!
