They get you a vehicle but lie and...

If you look through their previous reviews... what do you read? All glowing comments! Fishy.. isn't it? Well, here's the real truth!

Do these people live up to there advertisement, "everyone is approved" ? YES.
Can these people get you into a car regardless what your credit score is? YES ..But at what cost?

Here's our story.

A couple of years ago, my husband and I wanted to trade In our 2006 torrent for a newer, reliable vehicle that would save us in gas. Only problem was.. my husband was going through a consumer proposal and I had just got on maternity leave. Our situation wasn't ideal and our credit toom a hit. This is how we became customers of import motors.

After filling out an online application through "approval genie" and a day later, we heard from Markus Boyd.

Markus was ..at the time a nice guy. He was full of life, energetic and promised the world. He did an amazing job at making us...

Hi JBM,

Thank you for taking the time to write a review albeit not a very nice one nor is it an accurate account of the situation. I will keep this short as I am sure that most people reading our reviews can judge for themselves that there is more to the story than what you have disclosed.

Firstly, I fought very hard for you to get you approved and in a vehicle that made sense for you and your family. We did not choose the car for you; we found a suitable vehicle that would accomplish the almost impossible task that was in front of us.

Secondly, the 16% rate was lower than what was originally offered by the Lender, who determines rates based on credit and risk. We negotiated on your behalf a better rate.

Thirdly, your payment of $777/month is not just for the vehicle; it includes some negative equity carried over from previous loans. Instead of having three different loans totaling over $1000/month you have one payment of $777.00...not to mention the fuel savings between the new car and the one you traded in. You seemed ecstatic about the monthly savings.

Fourthly, your commitment was to make sure that you had no post bankruptcy proposal credit issues as that would deter Lenders from awarding you with a better approval after the 10 months of good payments. You did not meet that commitment and Lenders were not willing to move forward with a new loan at a better rate; the risk for them was just too high.

I am sorry that you feel the way you do right now but I did not lie to you or mislead you in any way. I will be glad to try to help you again in the future once some of the recent credit issues are resolved.

Best Regards,

Markus

Markus,

It's both a pleasure and surprise hearing from you as we had tried contacting you for months on end through e-mails and phone calls. None of which, you ever returned but none the less, please continue the preach of hard work and dedication. (Accurate, I assure)

I find it amazing that you found the time in your day to track us down at work once you read our review! The best part to our conversation... was the "awe" in peoples facial expressions around me when they over-heard why you even called. To discuss this very posting by over speaking everything I said. (Professional, at it's finest)

Now, to set the record straight. You did in fact provide us with false information and like other salesmen who make a living off commission, your going to say and do whatever necessary to get that pay cheque. Something your readers will agree with.
(By the way, sorry your adventures away from import motors didn't quite work out. Hopefully next time!)

So, without further a due, please continue on with your business like manors and discuss our private information such as how many previous loans we had and what our monthly payment's were etc. (Very necessary and legal, at least you should hope.)

End conclusion, Let's just hope your readers don't see you for the pompous ass you really are!

Your's VERY truly,

J.B.M :)
