I had been trying to drop in for an oil change all week but never could find the time. I came in to you service department at 4;00pm and saw Guru and asked if he could get me Yaris in for a much needed LOF. He said there were 4 customers ahead of me but he would have it done if I had time to wait. By 5;00pm I was all paid up with my key in hand ready to fight my way home in traffic. (WooHoo)
